Spring Break

Spring break this year went really quickly! The kids were thrilled to be off from school and get to see their cousins and some friends! 

We started the week with a trip to the bounce place, always a kid favorite!

We went to the park with some of our cousins and Ellie found the mud puddle. Her feet got wet before I saw so I let her walk in it, I should have known she would go all out and dive in it next. Yuck. But the other moms thought it was funny, Jamie,  I wasn't laughing at the time! 

I love getting the cousins together because my cousins growing up were my best friends and still are! I think cousins are the greatest and I love seeing them know each other more and want to hang out with each other. These three had a grand time running the park together!

The next day we headed to the art shop near us and did a little painting. They always love that and finished much quicker than you think they will. Luckily this place has free popcorn and now has a ball pit that they totally loved and spent another hour jumping in!

Ellie stayed home for this trip but would have loved the balls!

We had play date day with two different friends from church and it worked better than I even thought it would. It seems the girls like to play with one friend each and then they switched and played again! 

Friday was Grandma's birthday so we all headed down to Pool Works to have lunch with Grandma and all the guys. Jamie and the kids couldn't make it but we finally got to see Jenina and her kids so they loved that. Happy Spring Break kids! Hope you had a fun one! I did and honestly I wasn't ready for you to go back to school! Love ya!
