October is a fun month for us! Beautiful weather, Eric's birthday and Halloween! The girls played softball this fall! They loved practice and having dad involved in practice with them but the games were a little boring for them! Well, we gave it a try!

Ellie and Colt loved running around the park during games and Ellie was the best cheerleader there was!

Colt had Ocean day at school and got to play lots of fun games and stuff and hold some real (dead) sea life!

He loved holding that octopus!
Happy Birthday Eric! The kids love birthdays and were really happy to have daddy's birthday! You are officially older than me again for a few months :)
The cards and gift certificates they made for his presents.
We were riding bikes home from school and Colt fell asleep in the trailer, with is vampire teeth in. Little boys crack me up!
The girls are liking softball and that makes me so happy. I love seeing them try this and have fun with a team. Team sports were such a huge part of my life growing up and I loved it, I hope they find something they love.
Livy at catcher, her favorite position and Rachel in outfield, she hated that spot. She liked second base the best. And siblings in the dugout dirty and happy.
Rain day lunch date with Colt, Ellie and Eric. Ellie loves this cake as much as I do!
Tired little kid. I love sleeping kids!
Fun with friends at the park. So happy we met these guys, some of our favorites :)
Cutie Pie!
Pirate day at school, cute little boy didn't get that you can leave the other eye open thats not under the patch!
Sweet baby Michael!! We were so excited to meet him and snuggle him. It sure made each and everyone of us want one of our own! Except Eric maybe ;)
Ellie's play pals! Snack time with Karli and reading with Colt. She has a good life!
Looks like a great picnic spot to me! Beautiful weather!
Kemah boardwalk. Eric is a good sport and has fun on the kid rides with our kids. I love these pictures!
A beautiful fun family day!
Eric and the girls were on that and they loved it and were terrified by it! I think we are creating ride junkies!
Halloween at Kemah boardwalk
How happy is a mom when your kids are playing nicely together and taking care of one another! Had to grab these two pictures to document it :)
Ellie calls is "pail nolish," I don't know where the mixup came from!
Me and my Livy at school for lunch, love my sweet heart who's always ready to give me hugs.
Visiting our friend Sister Peterson for her birthday :)
I found this little girl in her room eating as much chocolate as she could find in secret. She even moved her trash can to her bed so she didn't have to get up! Secret chocolate eating in her pajamas, she's too young for this!
It was quite a week in New York. Dan had surgery on his legs which took a very long time to recover from. It was really hard on him and mom and dad. And Hannah sprained her ankle pretty bad the same week, they were looking pretty sad over there!
Sweet Cora loving her cousin Essie. I love her face!
Josh's first firefighter job! Way to go Josh!
I love this picture of Uncle Dan and Uncle Charlie. Dan has a special love for Charlie, he was now the favorite since Josh left! He was so happy whenever Charlie was there.
Dad and his buddy, recovering from surgery and special olympics at school.
Cute Thompsons all around!
I don't know how he got that lizard to stay on his arm like a pet.
Another fun day at the park. These guys are a fun little group :)
Rae and her gang having some fun at the ward trunk or treat.
She's the only one who wants to hangout with me at the ward Halloween party so she gets all the pictures :)
Trunk or Treat, happy kids!
Some sweet faces from Hawaii. Love all you cute kids!
Esther, happy girl!
Sweetest little girl! I can't believe I haven't even got to squeeze her yet, she is just adorable!
These pictures are of a dinner out with Grandma and Grandpa. The kids made some gross concoction of everything at the table and Grandpa offered $1 to anyone who would stick their tongue in it!
Livy was quick to do it and excited for her payment. Rachel was not having it, especially for one dollar! Grandpa thought the whole thing was pretty hysterical! And we were laughing pretty hard watching the whole thing take place!
Trying to talk her into it
She finally caved and did it! Grandpa wins!
And Grandpa pays :) Always entertaining!
