Puerto Rico, sin ninos!

Mid-March Eric and I got to go to Puerto Rico with my parents, siblings and spouses. It was such a great trip! Rachel, Livy, and Colt stayed with Eric's parents and Ellie stayed with friends of ours, the Iveys. What an amazing thing it is to go away without kids!! Sorry kiddos, I love you more than anything but it was so nice to just sit if I wanted to or swim, or read, or sleep, or do anything I wanted to! Thank you so much for keeping the kids Grandma and Grandpa and the whole Ivey family! You made it so easy for us to relax when we knew they were in such good hands, thank you thank you!

Here are a bunch of pictures from the trip. Not in any particular order. It was a great week of sun, surfing, sunburns, games, eating, scuba diving, property searching, paddle boarding, birthday partying, mafia guessing, puzzling, and most of all laughing. Thank you so much for the awesome trip mom and dad! What a great idea and get away!

I love when they are all laughing :)

Testing our "draw something" skills with old school pictionary!

Empanadas (meat pies)-finally tried the stand that has been there forever!
After a bad day of sunburn Katie started this puzzle that we became obsessed with.

More to come.....

I don't think anyone could appreciate a vacation more than a lady with 4 little kids at home! Glad you got to go!

Love the pictures :) Gives me some serious vacation blues.

I would have to argue about the "we" being obsessed part in reference to the puzzle..hahaha I think it was you and your mom who stayed up till 3 am finishing it??? :-p

You look great Jess! I can't wait until we get to take a trip without the boys. I agree, we love them, but sometimes need a break!
