Easter

A little late with the Easter post but here we go! We dyed some eggs and the girls just loved it. They would shriek with delight everytime they put an egg in the dye and would see what I wrote on the egg in crayon. Could you imagine screaming in delight over something now? I know I don't. I think I'll have to try it more often and experience their kind of joy!
Colt slept through most of the egg dying but made it in time for a few pictures.
This is a tree in our backyard that I just love looking at. I think it's beautiful and it is sad that it only stays like this for a short while. The rest of the year it is green or bear but for now we have a beautiful sight out the back window.
Easter 2010 with the Williams clan. Colt was napping so he missed the group shot. Many thanks to Greg for acting like a dog or some other animal that the kids found hysterical. Great smiles because of it!
Egg hunt at Grandma and Grandpas. We had one at home that morning too but I used the video camera and forgot to get pictures. They loved doing the egg hung this year. Livy is a fast dilligent egg hunter while Rachel likes to go slower and enjoy the magic of finding each one!
It couldn't have been a more perfect Easter weekend. We all had a great time together and got to enjoy General Confrence the whole weekend. I really loved this session and felt like I could use every one of the talks. I love the inspired and renewed feeling I have after each conference and I am so grateful for a living Prophet and his Apostles. I know that our Father in Heaven leads this church through our Prophet Thomas S. Monson. I am so grateful to have General Conference twice a year and to hear the counsel directly from the Lord's annointed to guide me through the next six months. What a terrific way to concentrate on the Savior this Easter season. I know that Jesus Christ is our Savior and I am truly grateful for his sacrafice on my behalf. I loved teaching the girls about the Ressurrection of Jesus and watching their faces light up as they learned. By the end of the week they were able to tell me a short version of the story which was so adorable and sweet to hear. I hope you all had a wonderful Easter as well!
